Executive Secretary

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Executive Secretary to assist the Managing Director in daily operations and strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate will serve as a pivotal point of coordination, supporting the MD with administrative, planning, and organizational tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and manage the MD’s schedule, appointments, and meetings.
Assist in preparation of presentations, reports, and documents using MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Manage billing and invoicing processes efficiently.
Handle marketing support activities and railway tendering processes.
Oversee production planning and team management to ensure seamless operations.
Provide exceptional customer support and address client inquiries.
Act as a liaison between the MD and internal/external stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Proficiency in spoken English, Hindi, and Kannada.
Strong computer skills, including expertise in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Previous experience in marketing, billing, and invoicing.
Knowledge and experience in railway tendering processes is a must.
Familiarity with production planning and team management is preferred.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective coordination.
