Flowwell Marine pumps meets the full requirement of Naval standards and performance, environment, material, quality control documentation, modification procedure etc. at all stages of design development, manufacturing and testing.
Flowwell marine pumps will have an inherent degree of shock resistance, minimum rugged criteria of naval installations to withstand dynamic accelerations. The inherent shock strengths of the pump is ascertained by calculation in accordance with naval standard as specified by the customer. Marine pumps are designed to perform under extreme conditions while the ship is in motion. Marine pumps are designed with minimum noise and vibration levels to withstand vibration and sudden shock stresses on ships. The material of construction of the pumps are selected so as to reduce the erosion and corrosion of components to a very low value. Marine pumps are designed with utmost care to keep the total weight of unit and also the space occupied by the unit within the acceptable values with high degree of reliability Marine pumps are designed with high degree of interchangeability and ease of maintenance.
DESIGN
Since the equipment is intended to use on naval ships high performance standards will be achieved with rugged and reliable design and construction. In addition it is capable of withstanding the marine environment with light in weight and compact in size developed “sealless” canned motor pumps with sleeve bearings having defined proven life. Canned motor pumps are low noise and low vibration design having Gland less construction, “Hence Zero Leakage”
